I am writing this recommendation of Shane Boyle and the highly, professional, enthusiastic, and efficient service he recently provided me in renting my current apartment in Morningside Height. He went out of his way to make sure I had all the information I needed as well as being very patient with me when I couldn't get my documents together. Throughout the process, Shane was professional and responded quickly whether by email or text even after I signed the lease. He went above and beyond despite the fact that: (1) we were not the one paying the broker fee, (2) there were other potential clients vying for the same apartment, and (3) our financial situation was lacking. I was incredibly lucky to have him on our side vouching for us. We now have our new apartment in Manhattan, and without a question in my mind I would not be sitting here, without his effort, and for that, I am very grateful. Shane was a Godsend and I couldn't recommend him enough.

When I needed a shared apartment for my daughter in NY, Shane was able to put together the rest of the tenants in a few weeks. Being a first time renter, he was able to guide us through the process and make sure everything went smoothly.

Shane was so helpful to us in our move! We needed to rent our apartment so that we could move to another unit in our building and thank goodness we found Shane to work with us on finding a great replacement tenant. Shane is not your typical broker! He is super kind and honest. Let's just say, I am not particularly fond of the persona of many brokers in NY. If you are looking for an apartment and want to deal with a real human being call Shane.

Shane was extremely helpful throughout the whole rental process. As soon as we walked into the apartment we knew we wanted it and Shane helped us act fast. Shane was a pleasure to work with! Before meeting him I was totally overwhelmed with finding an apartment in NYC, a lot of the brokers I had contacted were inexperienced and lazy but not Shane!
